大约在ＯＩＬ＄２００／桶的话，中国的外汇储备２－３年就会用尽．＄３００的话，一年就用尽了．
这就是美国的全球控制资源战略．
对美国国内虽然也有很大的伤害，但是长期看，没有别的办法．
