[闲谈] UAL, US Airways jump on merger talks report
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of UAL Corp (UAUA.O), parent of United Airlines, jumped more than 4 percent after the bell on Wednesday after The New York Times reported that the company was in merger talks with US Airways Group Inc (LCC.N), citing people briefed on the matter.
UAL Corp shares were last trading at $20 after-hours, up from their Nasdaq close of $18.95, while US Airways shares climbed more than 20 percent to $8.75, up from their New York Stock Exchange close of $6.82. |
