标题: [Windows] 求助！！usb无法识别该如何解决！！ [打印本页]

怎么办自从我从电脑拉戏去ipad看的时候我没关闭那个什么设备，结果晚上我回家用电脑的时候完全不能用usb的滑鼠，usb移动设备什么有关usb的东西统统给我说unknown device！！
在网上找人求助的方式全用完了移除 root hub 不行删除什么control的8201的uppber 还是lowffer 都不行求高手帮忙！！跪求了

ps：我的滑鼠有灯 usb移动设备有光什么都有就是不能够安装老说有问题
那个什么你的电脑有问题 code：43是什么啊 T_T

关掉那个打钩选项也没用唉高手救命啊~~

usb无法识别是提示缺少神马文件还是多了什么

这个好像是驱动的问题，估计你是没有退出，直接拔掉的设备吧
重新启动试试没有？
还有在管理-设备管理器里面，总线控制器里面有没有警示？
另外你的鼠标什么的在其他机器上能用吗？

有试过杀毒么
之前我也遇到同样的问题，在微软官网上找了update,装了之后按照官网指示改设置，重启就正常了

试过以上所有方法没用
今天就去微软下载了微软也救不了我
说只找到问题在哪里我郁闷基本原因没解决啊

有感叹号我删除了结果一下子她又自动给我安装了还是失败关掉所有的root hub了还是不行刷新了还是自己自动安装而且还是在没有插usb滑鼠的前提呢我发我微软检查的资料给你们看我真的搞不懂了= =唉
