你举个例子说区别在哪里？

除去COMMISSION FEE，没有区别， 我一直就是把这个当做常识 ...

完全同意。
还有一点点小区别：
1。买股票+卖call， 我的broker 算的margin 多些。 卖裸put 算的margin 少些。
2。有时要卖的covered call spread 大些，卖裸put spread 小些。 有时反过来。Depends on who is in the money who is out of money。
