Germany Accuses US of Indirectly Manipulating Dollar
There was criticism at the G20 of the US policy of monetary easing, Germany's Finance Minister said. "An excessive, permanent increase in money is, in my view, an indirect manipulation of the (foreign exchange) rate," he added.
