You may use Orbitz or Priceline, or go directly to Avis, Hertz, etc website to book the rental-car package/plan, almost the same as when you book airline tickets. You need to specify the pickup location-which is the airport and the type of the car, as well as number of days to rent. After landing from the airplane, you could go to pick up your car in the car rental office located  in the airport terminal.

Oh yes.  If it's a business trip, then company will pay everything.
