Agencies such as world bank or IMF should be abolished since they are nothing but puppets of the US.
The idea is that such an organization should be formed by countries like China, Japan - rating agencies should be formed within. They will regulate the US from printing recklessly and from irresponsible military expansion. This will be good for every citizen in the world and it will prevent one dishonest country from robbing the world without consequences.
