Shut the whole damned place down! Wall Street is just a den of parasitic thieves that should be in jail.

"One part of the regulatory apparatus that won't shut down is the Federal Reserve. It doesn't rely on Congressional funds "
Sure, they are the bastards who prints money

If the public only knew that with the "financial bailout" of 2008, we had to borrow the money at interest from the same bankers to give back to the bankers who then replenish their balance sheets and then maybe out of the goodness of their hearts loan back to us at usury interest rates!
You couldn't make this stuff up. It is scarier than any science fiction movie.

I would love to see the banks teeter on the brink of failure again. And I would let the whole damn system collapse. Let Jamie Dimon take one of those 50,000 McDonald's jobs!!

I read the headline and thought "SHUT IT DOWN!"
Wall street produces nothing of value and only causes headaches for our economy and those abroad. I for one welcome a govt shutdown with open arms, although we shouldn't have to pay these worthless politicians while the shutdown is occurring.

The by all means.... SHUT IT DOWN !!!!
Madmaxdad | Apr 7, 2011 03:38 PM ET
Good to hear that the Fed will be able to keep printing worthless dollars and funnel them to the banksters. Heaven knows what would happen if this essential function was shut down.
No one will even be able to tell if the Justice Department is shut down - five years after the BIGGEST FRAUD IN HISTORY and they still can't find anyone to prosecute. Hope they burn in He11!
