我觉得菲律宾特警的确尽力了......zt

《费加罗报》说，菲律宾警方并非第一次如此丢脸，2002年他们解救一名被劫持男童，结果一大群特警面对一个只有一把刀的劫匪，居然让劫匪捅了孩子13刀后才击毙劫匪，那个孩子身上还中了5枪……

世界最恐怖的事不是中国城管来抓你，而是菲律宾特警来救你。
