我自己最近卖了不少 covered call， 但我的体会是。covered call 不是一个很好的策略。

1. 如果你买入的股票跌的很快，covered call 根本无法弥补股票跌的损失。而且你的资金套在那里。
2. 如果你买入的股票涨的很快，covered call 就像一个紧箍咒似的限制了你的利润，因为不管股票涨多少，你的利润只有 那么多了。当然如果你的 timing 很好，刚好在最顶部卖了 covered call, then you get additional income. However, if you are so good at timing, just sell you stocks at the top.  
3. Like BT said, if you wanna to get rid of your stocks, you can sell DITM call to let you stocks to be called away.
4. The best time to sell covered call is when the stock is trading in a range. The seller benefits from the force of time decay and collects some premium. But then, who wants to hold a stock that won't go anywhere?

任何策略都离不开对股票本身运动规律的认识：如果认清或认为是主升浪，最好只用OTM靠，回报风险比率最高；如果认不清何时会启动主升浪又觉得是牛股（也就是停停所言系统的容错性），那就用CC在震荡中与MM共振赚钱好了。。。；如果股票转势，那么最好卖掉或买扑保护，而与CC无关。。。

如果你的股票收市 （after OE) 高于你的 covered call strike 价格，股票将在下个星期一开市前从你的帐号消失。 otherwise, you keep the premium for the covered call. and you still have the stock.
