I mainly go to the outlets for bags/purses, and sometimes for shoes. As for clothing, I find it actually cheaper to buy in sale season if you know when to go. January and July tend to be the best sale seasons in Canada. But yeah, the taxes in the States make it so much cheaper, and the food is cheaper too.
