from BJJ to T'ai Chi......

  I've been doing a new sport since a few weeks ago my boyfriend told me that his Gym held a ladies' class, and convinced me to join-in. However, I'm so confusing about the movements on the ground in the class cuz I still keep a strong ability of my karate skills, and my shoulders, arms are totally got red and pain after the basic movement warm-up on the ground.... I just look like a dummy when I was sparring with others because I don't get used to the skills on the ground, I'm a kind of people with straight attacks... Well, I think my mum will complain and try to stop me soon if she saw that I got black-and-blue on my face, legs and arms...

  Moreover, my friends just feel scaring when they saw that i was sparring, because nobody is on my size, the size doesn't mean the height, but the weight.... They thought I'd break my bones anytime with my super tiny bones and skinny figure, they always ask me to eat more, but every time I have dinner with them, I'm the one who stop at the last, so they're confusing what the food transformed into, i ate.... Therefore, some of my friends said I need to take in more protein, specially I should drink the protein shake, but this idea just will make me more skinny. No matter the doctors or the Herbalists, they don't advice me to take in too much protein, because I can't digest it, which would kill my stomach, and would be buried by the medicines again.... My eating habit always is more vegetables, and less meat.

  After all, I think I should learn T'ai Chi to recuperate the inner balancing of my body, and looking for a master now.... Or maybe I could practice some of the Kata about the Chi of Karate....
